Responsibility for Portfolio of Prime Minister

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 1 May 2017, Dr Janil Puthucheary, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Communications and Information and Ministry of Education, is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister insofar as the responsibility relates to —

(a)	the Government Technology Agency; and
(b)	Public Sector Info‑communications Technology and Related Engineering.

2. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister) Notification 2017.
