Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 12) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 12) Notification 2004.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Association of Consulting Engineers, Singapore (ACES) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore Donation Draw 2004/2005 promotion to be held from 27th August 2004 to 24th February 2005 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 25th February 2005.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Association of Consulting Engineers, Singapore (ACES) with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 6th September 2004.
