Substantial Shareholding) (Revocation)
Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80(3) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Companies (Exemption from Notification of Substantial Shareholding) (Revocation) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 19th November 2012.
Revocation
2.  The Companies (Exemption from Notification of Substantial Shareholding) Order 2004 (G.N. No. S 138/2004) is revoked.
Made this 2nd day of November 2012.
