(Amendment No. 5) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 5) Notification 2023 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 August 2023.
Amendment of Tenth Schedule
2.  In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020), in the Tenth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 5 —
(a)after paragraph (7), insert —
 
“(7A)Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) Act 1949”; and
(b)delete paragraph (18).
