Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) (Amendment) Notification 2003

Variation of responsibility of Minister for Manpower

It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 1st September 2003, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 247/2003) —

(a)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Singapore Labour Foundation.” under the heading “Departments/Statutory Bodies”, the words “Singapore Workforce Development Agency.”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately below the words “Administration of Lifelong Learning Fund.” under the heading “ Subjects”, the words “Administration of Skills Development Fund.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) (Amendment) Notification 2003.
