United Nations (Freezing of Assets of Former
President of Liberia and Connected Persons)
(Revocation) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) of the United Nations Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the United Nations (Freezing of Assets of Former President of Liberia and Connected Persons) (Revocation) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 3 November 2016.

Revocation

2. The United Nations (Freezing of Assets of Former President of Liberia and Connected Persons) Regulations 2004 (G.N. No. S 601/2004) are revoked.
