Workmen’s Compensation (Approved Hospitals) Notification 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister of State, Ministry of Education, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Workmen’s Compensation (Approved Hospitals) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 2004.

Approved hospitals

2. The hospitals set out in the Schedule are hereby declared to be approved hospitals for the purposes of the Act.

Cancellation

3. The Workmen’s Compensation (Approved Hospitals) Notification (N 4) is cancelled.
