(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Parts 2 and 4 and sections 36 and 37 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 1 February 2024.
