(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 52(1) of the Resource Sustainability Act 2019, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Resource Sustainability (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 22 January 2025.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Resource Sustainability (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 901/2019), in regulation 2, after “23(3)”, insert “, 23B(2), 23F(3), 23G(2), 23H(2), 23I(4), 23J(3), 23K(3), 23L(2)”.
