Appointment of Deputy Controller and Assistant Controller of Certification Authorities

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(2) of the Electronic Transactions Act 1998, the Controller of Certification Authorities, after consultation with the Minister for Communications and Information Technology, has appointed, with effect from 1st December 1999 —

(1)	the Director (Regulations), Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore, to be the Deputy Controller of Certification Authorities; and
(2)	the Assistant Director (Licensing and Enforcement), Info-communications Development Authority of Singapore, to be the Assistant Controller of Certification Authorities.

2. Notification No. S 62/99 is cancelled.
