Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Customs Act, the Director-General of Customs, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2005.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item (5) in the Schedule to the Customs (Miscellaneous Fees) Notification (N 3) is amended by deleting paragraph (c).
