Planning (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Planning (Amendment) Act 2003, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2003.
2.  The Planning (Amendment) Act 2003 shall, with the exception of section 12, come into operation on 10th December 2003.
