(Pedestrian-Only Paths)
(Amendment) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Pedestrian‑Only Paths) (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 6 August 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Active Mobility (Pedestrian‑Only Paths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 253/2018) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following item:

“2A.	A ramp leading to an elevated bridge mentioned in item 1 or 2.”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:

“3A.	A ramp leading to the underpass mentioned in item 3.”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:

“5A.	A ramp leading to the underpass mentioned in item 5.”.
