(Amendment) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Exemption for Use of Vehicle on Specified Footpath — Marina Bay) (Amendment) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 11 July 2024.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  In the Active Mobility (Exemption for Use of Vehicle on Specified Footpath — Marina Bay) (No. 2) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 589/2022), in paragraph 1(2), replace “11 July 2024” with “11 July 2029”.
Amendment of First Schedule
3.  In the Active Mobility (Exemption for Use of Vehicle on Specified Footpath — Marina Bay) (No. 2) Order 2022, in the First Schedule, delete map 1.
