Planning (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(2) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Planning (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2003 and shall come into operation on 10th December 2003.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Planning (Fees) Rules (R 7) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 28;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 30, the following item:

“

30A. Fee for supply of Master Plan 2003 —

(a) as loose sheets

$20 per sheet

(b) as an electronic PDF file through the Internet

$10 per page

”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 32, the following item:

“

32A. Fee for supply of island-wide Master Plan 2003 (on 4 loose sheets of A2-sized plan)

$80 per set of
4 sheets

”; and

(d)

by deleting item 34.
