(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Resource Sustainability (Amendment) Act 2023, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Resource Sustainability (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2024.
2.  Sections 2, 3(a), 6, 8, 9 and 10(b) of the Resource Sustainability (Amendment) Act 2023 come into operation on 12 July 2024.
