| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2006 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 16th January 2006. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Credit Suisse First Boston (Singapore) Limited” in item (16) (a) and substituting the words “Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited”.
