(Chapter 289)
Securities and Futures (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 336(2) and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 4th February 2008.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Securities and Futures (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting the words “or 83(3)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “, 83(3), 253(1), 253(1) as applied by section 302 (in relation to an offer of units in a collective investment scheme) or 282N(1)”.
