(Chapter 106)
Fees (Police Services) (Amendment) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Police Services) (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2009.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2(1) of the Fees (Police Services) Order (O 32A) is amended by deleting “$25” in sub-paragraph (c) and substituting “$40”.
