Parking Places Act
(Chapter 214)
Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment) Order 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2007.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3(2) of the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order 2000 (G.N. No. S 441/2000) is amended by deleting the words “1,500 kilograms” and substituting the words “1,800 kilograms”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  The Schedule to the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order 2000 is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “1,500 kilograms” in paragraphs (1) and (3) of Parts I to IX, XI, XIII and XIV and substituting in each case the words “1,800 kilograms”; and
(b)by deleting the words “1,500 kilograms” in paragraph (1) of Part X and substituting the words “1,800 kilograms”.
