Town Council of West Coast

Service Charges and Licence Fees)
(Amendment) By-laws 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of West Coast makes the following By-laws:

Citation and commencement

1. These By-laws are the Town Council of West Coast (Penalties and Administrative Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) (Amendment) By-laws 2016 and come into operation on 15 November 2016.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Town Council of West Coast (Penalties and Administrative Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) By-laws 2006 (G.N. No. S 473/2006) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:

“5A.	5-room (3-generation) flat

$2 per month”.
