Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 17th November 2008.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Order (O 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 8, the following item:
“
9. For an application for a visit pass valid for 90 days or more
 
$30
”.
