Private Education Act 2009

Private Education Act (Commencement) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Private Education Act 2009, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Private Education Act (Commencement) Notification 2009.
2.—(1)  The Private Education Act 2009 shall, with the exception of Parts III to VII, come into operation on 1st December 2009.
(2)  Parts III to VII shall come into operation on 21st December 2009.
