In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Legal Profession (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Legal Profession (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) (No. 3) Notification 2018.

2. Sections 2, 4, 19, 22, 23, 24 and 26 to 29 of the Legal Profession (Amendment) Act 2018 come into operation on 1 October 2018.
