Electricity Act
(Chapter 89A)
Electricity (Cable Detection Workers) (Amendment) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 103 of the Electricity Act, the Energy Market Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Cable Detection Workers) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 3 of the Schedule to the Electricity (Cable Detection Workers) Regulations 2002 (G.N. No. S 655/2002) is amended by deleting “$20.80” and substituting “$21”.
