Housing and Development Act
(Chapter 129)
Housing and Development (Composition of Offences) Rules 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27A of the Housing and Development Act, the Housing and Development Board, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Housing and Development (Composition of Offences) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 16th October 2006.
Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Board under section 27A of the Act:
(a)any offence under the Housing and Development (Common Property and Open Spaces) Rules (R 3);
(b)any offence under the Housing and Development (Animals) Rules (R 4); and
(c)any offence under the Housing and Development (Renovation Control) Rules 2006 (G.N. No. S 585/2006).
Revocation
3.  The Housing and Development (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 6) are revoked.
