(Chapter 261)
Public Utilities (Gas Supply) (Amendment) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 130 of the Public Utilities Act (1996 Ed.) read with section 73(5) of the Public Utilities Act (2002 Ed.), the Energy Market Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Gas Supply) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 3 of the Schedule to the Public Utilities (Gas Supply) Regulations (Rg 13) is amended by deleting “$20” and substituting “$21”.

Made this 15th day of December 2003.
