Sewerage and Drainage (Composition of
Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74(1) of the Sewerage and Drainage Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, makes the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations are the Sewerage and Drainage (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Sewerage and Drainage (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (c); and

(b)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (d) and substituting a semi‑colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:

“(e)	any offence (other than a continuing offence) under regulation 4(2), 6(4), 9(3) or (5), 11(3), 12(2) or 14(4) of the Sewerage and Drainage (Protection of Public Sewerage System) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 338/2017).”.
