Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 7) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications and Information Technology hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) (Amendment No. 7) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The following provisions of the Schedule to the Parking Places (Urban Redevelopment Authority) Order 1997 (G.N. No. S 275/97) under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Insert, immediately after item (18), the following item:

“(19) Area off Prince Edward Link and Prince Edward Road and delineated in Plan 44.”.

Delete.

New item (187)

Insert, immediately after item (186), the following item:

“(187) Service Road off Everton Road and delineated in Plan 321.”.

PART XI

New items (5) and (6)

Insert, immediately after item (4), the following items:

“(5) Service Road off Aliwal Street and Jalan Sultan and delineated in Plan 319.

(6) Area off Pahang Street and delineated in Plan 320.”.
