(Chapter 50B)
Competition (Exclusion of Air Shuttle Service Agreement) (Revocation) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3 of the Third Schedule to the Competition Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Competition (Exclusion of Air Shuttle Service Agreement) (Revocation) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2008.
Revocation
2.  The Competition (Exclusion of Air Shuttle Service Agreement) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 497/2007) is revoked.
