(Coast Cycles Pte. Ltd. — Exemption)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Active Mobility (Coast Cycles Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 31 August 2023.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  In the Active Mobility (Coast Cycles Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 655/2022), in paragraph 1(2), replace “31 August 2023” with “28 February 2024”.
Amendment of paragraph 2
3.  In the Active Mobility (Coast Cycles Pte. Ltd. — Exemption) Order 2022, in paragraph 2, in the definition of “trial”, replace “31 August 2023” with “28 February 2024”.
