Education Endowment Scheme Prescribed Schools) (Amendment) Regulations 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (d) of the definition of “prescribed school” in section 2 (1) and section 24(f) of the Education Endowment Scheme Act, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education Endowment Scheme (Prescribed Schools) (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2004.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Education Endowment Scheme (Prescribed Schools) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (18) under the heading “Special Education Schools”, the following item:

(19) Pathlight School

1st January 2004.

”.
