Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) Notification 2002.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts from the provisions of the Act Festival Square Circle Pte Ltd in respect of The Straits Times Million Dollar Duck Race 2002 Singapore to be held on 24th November 2002.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the company with the conditions stated in the letter of approval to the company.
