Property Tax (Premises Exempted from Rent Control) (Revocation) Order 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(5B) and 67(2) of the Property Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Property Tax (Premises Exempted from Rent Control) (Revocation) Order 2003.
Revocation
2.  The Property Tax (Premises Exempted from Rent Control) Order (O 8) is revoked.

Made this 11th day of December 2003.
