Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Mediation Act 2017, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Mediation Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2017.
2.  The Mediation Act 2017, except section 16, comes into operation on 1 November 2017.
