Building Control (Installation and Retrofitting of Air-conditioning Units) (Revocation) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49(2) of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Building Control (Installation and Retrofitting of Air-conditioning Units) (Revocation) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2004.

Revocation

2. The Building Control (Installation and Retrofitting of Air-conditioning Units) Regulations (Rg 7) are revoked.
