Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 4) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 4) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2009 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd November 2009.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 4) Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 483/2003) is amended by deleting the words “EFG Bank Ltd” and substituting the words “EFG Bank AG (EFG Bank SA) (EFG Bank Ltd)”.
