Environmental Public Health (Quality of Piped Drinking Water) (Amendment) Regulations 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 80 and 111 of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Quality of Piped Drinking Water) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part IV of the Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Quality of Piped Drinking Water) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 35/2008) is amended by deleting “0.5” relating to the item “Boron” and substituting “2.4”.
