Gas Act
(Chapter 116A)
Gas Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Gas Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Gas Act (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2003.
2.  The following provisions of the Gas Act shall come into operation on 19th December 2003:
(a)sections 2, 3(1), (2), (3)(e) and (h), (4) and (5), 4 and 5;
(b)Parts IX and X; and
(c)sections 87 to 91 and 95.
