Building Control Act
(Chapter 29)
Building Control (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48(2) of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Building Control (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2004.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Building Control (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended ––
(a)by deleting “16 (9), 22B (1), 22C, 22D, 22E (1),” in paragraph (a) and substituting “16A (9), 16B (5), 22B (2),”; and
(b)by deleting the words “section 9(3)(e)” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “section 9(3C)(e)”.
