Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 5th January 1996.

2. Item (55) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Camp Commandant, Kent Ridge Camp,” in the first column of paragraph 2 and substituting the words “Director, DSO”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “KENT RIDGE CAMP” wherever they appear in the second column of paragraph 2 and substituting in each case the words “MARINA HILL CAMP”.
