In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2021, the President makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Amendment) Act 2021, except sections 21 and 22, comes into operation on 14 January 2022.
