Business Registration (Amendment)
Regulations 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Business Registration Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Business Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 15th February 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Business Registration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (j) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(j)	For providing information extracted from the Registry on a bulk or packaged basis:

(a)	Cost of Manpower

$120 per man-hour

(b)	Computer CPU Processing Charges

$5.40 per CPU-second

Subject to an aggregate minimum charge of $30.

The number of man-hours and CPU-seconds taken shall be certified by the Registrar.

If the Registrar decides to supply the information by means other than written or printed form, an additional fee of $3 per business shall be payable.”.
