(Chapter 239)
Preservation of Monuments Order 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the Preservation of Monuments Act, Mr David Lim Tik En, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, on the advice of the Preservation of Monuments Board, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Preservation of Monuments Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 10th February 2003.
Monuments
2.  The monuments specified in the Schedule are hereby placed under the protection of the Preservation of Monuments Board.
Made this 5th day of February 2003.
