Gas Act
(CHAPTER 116A)
Gas Act (Commencement) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Gas Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Gas Act (Commencement) Notification 2008.
2.  The following provisions of the Gas Act shall come into operation on 14th February 2008:
Sections 12, 13, 37, 45 and 46.
