(Revocation) Rules 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 62(8) and 77(2)(k) of the Central Provident Fund Act 1953, the Central Provident Fund Board makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Central Provident Fund (Notice to Attend Court) (Revocation) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 1 February 2024.
Revocation
2.  Revoke the Central Provident Fund (Notice to Attend Court) Rules 2016 (G.N. No. S 197/2016).
