Monetary Authority of Singapore (Freezing of Assets of Former President of Liberia and Connected Persons) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27A(1)(b) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Freezing of Assets of Former President of Liberia and Connected Persons) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 2nd October 2004.

Deletion and substitution of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Freezing of Assets of Former President of Liberia and Connected Persons) Regulations 2004 (G.N. No. S 260/2004) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
