Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2008.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Item (2) in the First Schedule to the Free Trade Zones (Declared Areas) Notification (N 3) is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
“(2)  Jurong Port (including Pulau Damar Laut)
All that area comprised in Lots 765L(PT), 766C, 1263L, 1552P, 1553T, 1554A, 1555K, 1625T, 1821A, 2177C, 2523P(PT), 2525A, 2528X, 2852P, 2901X(PT), 3543T, 3782P, 3845X, 3850C(PT), 3855T, 3856A, 3857K, 4112P, 4113T, 3600P(PT), 768W(PT), 477A(PT), 3601T(PT) and 3854P including the bridge in the Port area crossing Selat Damar Laut in MK 6, 37 Jurong Port Road, Singapore 619110 occupied by “JURONG PORT (including PULAU DAMAR LAUT) — FREE TRADE ZONE” containing an area of about 1241900 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:
Commencing at the south westernmost corner of the aforesaid “JURONG PORT (including PULAU DAMAR LAUT) — FREE TRADE ZONE” which point is 31329.870 metres North and 14486.053 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum, the boundaries run along successive lines of co-ordinates approximately as follows:
