(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Co‑operative Societies (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2019.

2. Sections 23(a), 32, 33(i) and 67(1) of the Co‑operative Societies (Amendment) Act 2018 come into operation on 1 November 2019.
