Prisons (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Prisons (Amendment) Act 2004, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Prisons (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2.  The Prisons (Amendment) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 4th October 2004.
